Conservatory Cleaning
Without routine conservatory cleaning, the build-up of dirt and algae can leave your conservatory not looking its best and embedded dirt can make your glass look dull and in need of some tender loving care. But even worse, it can cause long-term damage such as discolouration to UPVC, corrosion to metalwork and leaky seals. When cleaning conservatory roofs we have found using jet washes or powerful water sprays can damage the seals so we use a pure water fed pole system to clean both glass and poly-carbonate roofs. We also use specialist conservatory ladders if required to access the ornate roof ridge to apply more pressure for more stubborn dirt.
We provide two conservatory cleaning services please see below.
Exterior Conservatory clean
Consists of cleaning of all of the below using our U.P.V.C max cleaner.
- Frame work, roof and roof bars (glass or plastic roof)
- Finial or crown
- Windows, sills, frames and doors
- Gutters will be emptied and washed down
- Finally to finish off this service we will install a gutter guard in the down pipes to help prevent blockages
Conservatory Valet
- All of the above is included
- Restoring of any led flashing around the conservatory
- Interior roof and support beams cleaned
- Interior windows, frames, sills and doors cleaned
- All of the windows will be opened and all the crevices and grooves will be vacuumed or steamed
- All locks and hinges on windows and doors will be oiled
- Floors will be hoovered or steamed
- As a finishing touch we will light a candle to welcome you back to your restored conservatory
